About Us
The original business was established as Bollinger County Abstract Company on February 17, 1909. Shareholders were W.K. Chandler, J.B. Miller, A.D. Hubbard, C.G. Miller and G.C. Allen. Donnia M. Besher began working for the company part-time in January, 1996, as the real estate closer.
The business is now owned and operated by Donnia M. Besher, who conducts all closings. She also employs Caitlin Mayfield as Chief Examiner and Bobbi Jo Jaco as processor as well as; Janie M. Cook, and Kimberly L. Johnson. Bollinger County Abstract & Title Co., Inc., is a title company licensed in the State of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Land Title Association, The Missouri Association of Professional Title Agents, and the American Land Title Association.
With our office growing, we have the contacts and capabilities to reach out and travel to adjoining counties to provide complete closing services and title insurance for our customers, including but not limited to those in Cape Girardeau, Madison, Wayne, Stoddard and Perry counties.
